객실 별로 기준 인원이 있고, 최대 인원이 있습니다. 최대 인원 이상은 추가 인원 숙박은 불가합니다.

There is a standard number of people for each room, and there is a maximum number of people. Additional accommodation is not possible for more than the maximum number of people.

야외 바베큐는 가능한가요?

Is it possible to have an outdoor barbecue?

따로 야외 바베큐장은 없습니다. 다만, 공유주방에 가스 바베큐 장비가 있고, 취사시설이 같이 있어 해당 시설에서 간단한 바베큐를 하실 수 있습니다. 바베큐를 원하실 때 시설 매니저가 도움을 드리고 있습니다.

There is no separate outdoor barbecue place. However, there is a shared kitchen with gas barbecue equipment and a cooking facility, so you can have a simple barbecue at that facility. If you want a barbecue, the facility manager is helping you.

체크인 체크아웃 시간 변경이 가능한가요?

Can I change the check-in check-out time?

체크인은 오후 4시 / 체크아웃은 오전 11시까지입니다. 
체크인 시간은 당일 준비 시간에 따라 준비가 일찍 끝나면, 체크인하실 수 있도록 안내 메시지를 드립니다.
레이트 체크아웃은 불가능합니다.

Check-in is 4 p.m. / Check-out is until 11 a.m. If you are ready early according to the preparation time on the day, we will notify you to check-in. Late check-out is not possible.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in?

체크인 전 짐을 먼저 맡기실 수 있습니다.여행하시는분들 중 많은 분들이 짐 배송 서비스를 이용하시기도 합니다.

미성년자 (만 19세 미만) 숙박이 가능한가요?

Is it possible for minors (under 19) to stay?

보호자를 동반하지 않은 미성년자(만 19세 미만)는 투숙이 불가합니다.
미성년자 예약으로 인하여 발생하는 입실 거부에 대해서는 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다.

Minors (under the age of 19) who are not accompanied by their guardians cannot stay. Cancellation or refund is not possible for refusal to enter due to a reservation for minors.

세탁을 할 수 있나요?

Can I do the laundry?

1층 공유주방 공간에 공용 세탁기를 운영하고 있습니다. 세탁 세제가 있으나, 재고가 없을 때에는 이용객이 따로 준비하셔야 할 수 있습니다.

We operate a public washing machine in the shared kitchen space on the 1st floor. There is a laundry detergent, but if it is not in stock, users may have to prepare it separately.

대중교통으로 방문할 수 있나요?

Can I visit by public transportation?

대중교통으로는 해당 시설까지 근처까지 올 수 있고, 시설 도착까지는 약 2킬로 도보를 하셔야 합니다. 대중교통으로 이용하시는 고객님들도 간혹 있으나, 편리하지 않습니다.

You can get close to the facility by public transportation, and you need to walk about 2 kilometers to get to the facility. Some customers use public transportation sometimes, but it's not convenient.
