환불이 승인되면, 영업일 기준 2일에서 5일 이내에 환불이 완료됩니다. 결제사 사정에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.

시설이 바다에 근접하여 있어 태풍 및 기타 악천후로 인한 시설의 안전상의 문제가 예상되는 경우 유선 안내 후 환불 진행해 드립니다. (100% 환불)

제주 특성상 악천후 천재지변으로 인한 항공/배 결항 시 전액 환불 가능합니다. (결항 자료 증빙 필요)
